Good Honest work

Took my car in with a 'shimmy' in the steering wheel when braking. Assumed I needed a whole new brake job... But John called saying the pads were fine, and just ended up turning the rotors,. I know of many shops that would have taken advantage of the situation and charged me for new pads anyway. This is why Chapmans is my new 'GO-TO' repair shop, not only for their honesty, but their service and integrity. If only I could talk them into repairs around the house. seriously, a place you can trust. Thanks Guys!
