Stop going to your dealership for service.I stopped using Chapman’s a couple of years ago just due to convenience of having a dealer close.I Got really tired of the dealership telling me my truck needs this and that and this…After a few frustrating service visits to the dealership and them trying to suggest I need a new truck (My truck has 101,000 miles on it) I went back to Chapman’s. Told John what the dealership was saying. They inspected it. Gave me a honest answer and explained it. I got the work done and saved me a few hundred bucks.Chapman’s can do the same service as the dealer and you can leave with no doubts that your car was serviced right. Chapman’s makes you feel valued instead of guilty. I’m done with dealership mechanics and the price !!! Chapman’s will treat you and your car, irregardless if the mileage, like family.PS Chapman’s give you an idea of what to expect.Example, you get an oil change and they notice the brake pads are getting worn (they actually inspect your car!!) John will tell you to start thinking about getting the brakes done in the next service or two. I think that’s great because you know to expect cost wise for the next service. Same with tires !!! STOP going to discount for tires. I made that mistake too.
