CarMax is in the vusiness of selling cars, so they make it easy to buy. . .but the Chapman Pros are in the business of figuring what's wrong with a vehicle and then fixing it. Such knowledge is valuable when I'm spending thousands of dollars. I was glad they were able to tell me several things that had been fixed on my new car. . .and pointed out one that had not been.
